Children's University – Week 1
Last week, we welcomed the first group of participants of the TUKE Children's University to our faculty.
The children enjoyed an interactive afternoon full of exciting activities and discoveries. They learned many interesting facts about topics such as remote sensing, mineral resources, and had the opportunity to experience virtual reality. They also took part in creative workshops focused on minerals, competed in an engaging quiz about mineral resources and their everyday applications, and explored how fossils are formed. As part of the program, they even created their own fossil.
All these activities provided the children with an enjoyable afternoon filled with creativity, learning, and hands-on experiences.
