The Department of International Relations and Mobility of TUKE announces a call for applications for academic staff interested in Erasmus+ short-term stay (so-called Blended Intensive Program, i.e. a combination of physical and online mobility) organized by the partner institution in the ULYSSEUS Alliance Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) in the period: 09.- 13. February 2026 under the title Ulysseus Winter School on Innovative Pedagogy.

Maximum number of participants for TUKE: 5

Applications can be submitted to the faculty coordinators until 12 December 2025.

Required attachments to the application form:

– Staff Mobility Agreement

Application procedure:

– The application form together with all attachments must be submitted to the Faculty Coordinator by the deadline.

NOTICE:

– The application form must be signed by the staff member and his/her supervisor, who by his/her signature agrees to send the staff member on mobility

– The Staff Mobility Agreement document must be signed by the participant and his/her line manager at the time of application, the signature of the partner university coordinator will be arranged by the IRO.

– The application can only be submitted with complete attachments!

After the successful selection of an enrolled staff member by the university management, the staff member will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator for further action.
